Soil being a natural material can behave in any way as it suffers from intrinsic spatial variability that results from natural phenomenon. In this study, a desktop application was developed using Python to automate USCS soil classification, obviating calculation mistakes and saving time.

This research explores the in-plane shear response of one-third-scale English-bond masonry panels under monotonic diagonal compression to assess CFRP strengthening and the role of through-wall fan anchors. The research uses locally available bricks and mortar to ensure the findings represent typical construction practices in developing regions.
